Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use TimeLoop

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use TimeLoop. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.

2. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and videos you add to TimeLoop, and of the framed prints, collages, film strips, puzzles, polaroids, posters, reels and other artwork the app generates from them. We store and display your content to you only — we do not publish it to other users. You can download your content at any time and delete your account to remove it entirely.

Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use. Do not upload images of other people without their permission.

3. How the Service Works

TimeLoop renders its designs on your device from the photos you choose, grouped by the content source you pick (Daily, Monthly, Yearly, or your own custom selection) and captioned by the event you select. While your library is empty, some previews use generic stock photographs purely as placeholders. Features, designs, and availability may change as we improve the app.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

TimeLoop has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not upload content that:

• is sexually explicit or pornographic
• depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or cruelty
• harasses, bullies, threatens, or defames anyone
• promotes hatred or discrimination against any group
• exploits or endangers minors in any way
• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
• is spam, deceptive, or impersonates others

We review reported content within 24 hours. Content that violates these Terms is removed, and users who post it are ejected from the service and may have their accounts permanently terminated without notice.

5. Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter objectionable content or behaviour, you can report it through the report controls in the app or by emailing our support address. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and offending content is removed and the responsible user actioned.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access other users' private data, no scraping, no reverse engineering, no interfering with the app's operation, and no using the service to break the law.

7. Termination

You may stop using TimeLoop and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, including under our zero-tolerance policy above.

8. Disclaimers

TimeLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated artwork depends on the photos, settings, and device you use, and may differ between devices. Placeholder stock photographs remain the property of their creators and are shown only until you add your own photos.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently zero, as TimeLoop is free).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
