Delete Your TimeLoop Account

Option 1: Delete Inside the App (Instant)

1. Open TimeLoop and sign in
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap the settings (menu) button
4. Tap “Delete Profile”
5. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us at support@timeloop.app from the email address linked to your TimeLoop account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request belongs to the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes ALL data associated with it:

• Your profile (name, username, email, profile photo)
• All photos and videos you uploaded or captured
• All downloads and generated artwork stored with your account
• Your reports and blocks

No data is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep (none under normal circumstances).
